new moon → 1st quarter mmon → full moon^[각주:2] → 3rd quarter moon

 

02 half moon vs quaretr moon [2]

달의 낮부분 기준으로는 반이 보이는 거고 thus half moon

달 전체 표면을 기준으로는 1/4이 보이는 거고 thus quarter moon

 

(note)달을 관찰하기에는 1st quarter moon이 좋다.
