- 보통의 콜 옵션은 투자자가 손실을 본다.

- 메이크홀 콜은 deep otm 상태로 발행되므로 행사되면 옵션을 판 사람(투자자)가 이익을 볼 가능성이 크기 때문..

 

그럼 발행자는 왜 이 조건을 다는가?

- 이익 볼건 없지만 손해 볼것도 없는 조건이니..

- 남들이 다들하니까 나도..
